Songwriting is a source of inspiration for aspiring producers. Niykee is always listening to beats and discovers many which spark thoughts. After 5 seconds, I can tell what a song is or not. After that, I have an idea for a song and begin writing it right away. When I sit on my porch and play guitar, my lyrics simply come out and can be done in less than 30 minutes. As she continues develop her skills as a lyricist, Niykee explains that the pain of her experiences in the past is a constant source of inspiration. Even when she's not composing about things that have actually happened every ache from childhood and loss of her sister find its way into the music. The memories influence my songs and creates a deeper understanding behind all things that's among the most significant things for me. I want to be able to say that I can hear any of my music 20 years down the road and feel proud of the things I said.
